I run a lot slower than you guys. Last weekend I finally replaced the scope rings with higher ones and now the sun shade fits on the scope. Shot three mags of FTT 20.06 gr 25 cal pellets at 25 yards and the results were fine for me. Hope to move the target in to 20 yards and out to 30 sometime this week.

[/quote]Mine seems to like the 20.06gr FTT also.  25.39gr JSB Kings were not quite as accurate but the produced the highest muzzle energy.  I'm getting a longer shot string with the FTT's so they are my go to hunting pellet.

Today I have taken apart the receiver, hammer, barrel, etc again for the 10th+ time to install yet another BStaley o'ring variation.
I am 3D printing my buffer o'rings now in TPU.

The barel is attached to the synthetic receiver with a pin (not screw) which can be taken out from under the receiver.

The 2 barrel bands keep the barrel aligned with the tube.
The 2 screws in the receiver keep the receiver aligned with the tube.
When there are no barrel bands, the barrel can move in the receiver any way it wants.

This is definitely not a very reliable setup if you want to hold zero.

The front and rear open sights are both attached to the barrel.
The open sights are the only reliable way to hold zero.

I still like the rifle but I treat it very gently.

I also took my .22 apart again. This time to repair gap between spacer that holds breech front screw and front stock screw. The set up is like that of the QB78, I installed a 3/8 washer between valve and block to set gap exactly center for bolts. Also got rid of plastic shroud and made a carbon fiber shroud. I installed mt BARRA 1100Z 22 inch barrel but it was 3 or more inches longer than original Beeman barrel. Switched back to Beeman barrel and tried to  chrony but my chrony took a &^^&. Need to order new chrony to dial this gun and my .177 and .25 in. The Barra 1100z breeches work great.

About a year ago I was tinkering with the Crosman Icons and called BARRA  to see if they sold the breeches. They said they did not but had warranty guns they were parting out. I purchased several of these breeches and used on my Icons and Raiders. I sent the Icons back on the recall Crosman had but put them back to stock and kept the breeches. The breeches fit great except the lug on the hammer that sticks up into the breech is too thick. I solved that but taking the lug out and put in a drill and turn against a file till it was thin enough to fit the breech opening. I think I still may have the breeches and lugs for .177 and .22  that I may place an add for sale and sell them. I did call Barra and was told they have no more to sell. It is a super easy mod and stiffens the upper breech/barrel section. It has picatany mounting for scope rails. I took the .22 breech and used a piece of aluminum tubing and made the probe fit for my .25 barrel Raider. Everything works fine.

Excellent Work on the three Raiders you have. Not long ago I started looking up carbon fiber tubes. What size tube did you use on the Raiders?
 Lately it has been abit cold out to be shooting so haven't taken the Raiders out in awhile.

I did not want to have custom barrel bands made so I used 17mm inside by 19 mm outside by 500 mm carbon tubes. I installed 4-6  3/8 inside by 1/2 outside rubber o rings on the barrel and the tube slid over it for a tight fit. I installed to top barrel band and marked the tube and cut it so the tube fit tight between the barrel bands. Then using the original mod measured a smaller section of the carbon tube cut it and screwed mod on tight. Sorry to be so long winded.

Had a short break in the rain, so i tried the 25 cal JTS Dead Center 25.39g. They did not group as well as the FTT 20.06 at 20 yards and had one flier. Might try some others this weekend if i can get away.

 Good that your getting things going along with the Raider. I'll have to wait till warmer temperatures to take the Raider out. I have a Svitvu 3-9x32mm HMD pre-mounted on a Dove-Picrail Base and medium rings. It's a nice lightweight scope, Non AO so I manually changed the objective to close to 30 yards. The scope does Not allow me to change magnification as the POI will shift. Not a problem as I am normal to keeping a magnification setting where I have it sight in. On 5x I get good magnification and good enough FOV and the Half Mildots help with longer shots. When set on 5x the 6.4mm exit pupil is sufficient for most work... I do have Alot of other scopes to try, this for now being chosen for its light weight and half Mildots.
I'll post a pic later after I get a few things done.

This is my current tune:
Pellet: CPHP 14.3 grains
Pressure: 3700PSI to 2400PSI
Velocity: 670-695 FPS
Shots: 60 (6 magazines)

It is almost regulated.

Some of my regulated airguns are giving me a wider spread.

It is also quite accurate at 50-60 yards, consistently hitting my 1.5" targets.

I started with o'rings but I did not have o'rings that were the dimensions I needed.
Then I decided to print the buffers myself.
They are printed from TPU, flexible material almost like rubber.

The buffer is a cylinder printed from TPU.

For the .22 Raider the buffer dimensions measured with calipers are:
OD: 22
Height: 2.6mm

The OD is the same as the inner diameter of the air tube.
The height is the most important factor.
A change of 0.1mm can change velocity by 30+ FPS.

The hammer spring is screwed in to the max.

I just tried a 2.5mm height buffer.
The peak velocity increased about 15-20 FPS.
I still get about 60 shots, from 3900-4000 PSI to 2500-2600PSI.
The spread is under 30FPS.

 The QuickShot Side Lever Aluminum Breech is available on E-b@Y. They were OOS for awhile. I have one that I will soon be installing.
 It has been awhile since I shot an airgun. Temperatures as low as -11°F and now that it is above 32°F there is the wind which is abit too much to be shooting now. Hoping for a low wind day while the warm WX is around.

  Ok. After installing the two O-rings for the BStaley Mod on a Beeman Air Pistol and filling to 2600 PSI and the HS turned Way up I was getting not enough air to launch a pellet.
 So I disassembled the AG and removed the two O- rings and compressed the Hammer Spring by inserting the spring into a screwdriver and with pliers I held the spring closed for around a minute. The spring is now around a centimeter shorter than before.
 Reassemble and testing I had to turn up the Spring adjustment to +11 for it to fire. Before shortening the spring it was good around +4 turns in.
 So instead of BStaley-ing the Raider I'm thinking I will be compressing the Hammer Spring to shorten its overall length, maybe maybe not. I'll have to fully test how the pistol is after having the HS shortened by compression.
 With spring coming soon I'll be installing the Side Lever Aluminum Breech on the Raider.
