Is this pistol a revolver? There’s a cylinder that rotates and an internal hammer, so is it a semi automatic pcp or a double action revolver pcp?

It's a semi-auto revolver!  The action is actuated by high pressure air pressure (kinda like a semi-auto firearm is actuated by recoil) and the magazine is a fixed rotary magazine somewhat like a revolver, but it doesn't flop out to one side to load, you just feed the pellet into it as your rotate it.  This trigger pull is more like a semi-auto because it's not turning the cylinder like it would in a revolver.

The trigger feels like a single action, but it behaves in a way like double action.  After a shot is fired, then the magazine auto indexes to place a round inline with the barrel.  You can rapid fire rounds, although that's not recommended for longevity of the piece.  So there's no double action feel in the trigger since the indexing already occurred at the end of the last shot.
