TKO 1911 Trigger

Has anyone tried the 1911 trigger from TKO in their 1377/1322/2240? It's now 3D printed rather than metal, so I wonder if the trigger has the durability needed or if it "hangs up" with the seer. I'm looking for a smooth action trigger and already have a lighter-than-stock release from prior mods.

I have - pay attention to the trimming instructions.  Does it help with smoothness in trigger pull?  Maybe but if you polish the OEM parts you'll get a similar result too.

I got mine when I bought a pickle - I like the look and feel of them.

I've done the polish on the OEM parts, but am not a fan of the OEM trigger shape and width, and a trigger shoe costs more than the TKO trigger! Still, I have a Custom Shop 2300KT that DOES have a trigger shoe and I really like the feel of that. I'll probably pay the price and just get a shoe for it. Thanks for the input!

The trigger shoe is about $4 from Crosman.

Was able to buy 2 more ‘cuz I have a CCS gun.

Not too sure if that’s the case now though with
the ongoing company restructuring of some sort.

I'm curious - how wide is the face of the trigger? Does it have sharp edges or is it comfortable in use?

Same width as factory trigger, so light one does not feel much pressure, a shoe could be added but I do not see the need.
