Show Posts since my last log in button

Is there a way/button to click.. to have post only since my last log in? or do I have to check that I have read every post to make it go away? I will likely end up pages of posts and miss something Good

If you bookmark this link and use it when entering the board you'll only see the unread posts since your last visit

On the left hand side of the page, above your avatar, is a tag "Show unread posts since last visit." Click on that and it will show only new posts. From there you have 2 options. You can click on each post (you don't necessarily HAVE to read it), then click on the "Show unread..." again. The post you just opened will be gone from the list and you can proceed to the next unread one.
Other option is, after clicking on "Show unread...", look on the right just above the first message to click on "Mark ALL messages as read" and you now have a clean slate.
