Realistic accuracy expectations from the 2100/AM77/legacy 1000?
I suppose barrel lottery might be something to contend with, just looking to see what folks are getting on average.

My legacy 1000 has no problem hitting starlings out to 40 yards with AA 10.3
Have not shot my 2100 enough to say the same, but it shows promise.

I'm currently working with a Legacy 1000, tried a handful of different pellets was getting .75" @ 10m... Usually 2 or 3 of 5 touching or same hole (more or less), with a few fliers. Seems the same with a few pellets, haven't tried them all yet.
Did a deep bore scrub and re-shot with jts 10.4's to season bore. Barrel is centered/secured in shroud with silicone caulking, cured several years (very stiff), no front sight insert. Thought was baffle strikes causing issues, pulled mod and no difference. Do have 2100 receiver halves, might attempt swap. Power seems lower than should be, need to inspect internals anyways... Barrel isn't spectacular either, seems like "chatter" marks made during rifling process, not huge but present. May attempt second barrel band to better secure shroud before proceeding further...

Disassembled the Lagacy 1000, polished up the crown, replaced broken TP seal* (was pinched/broken from factory), installed 2100 receiver halves (leaving out stuffs), installed hose clamp near receiver (act as second barrel/shroud band) then lightly dremel-ed foregrip for fitment (fully close pump arm) and replaced front sight piece from parts bin... Accuracy tightened up a bunch, probably within parallax error since only shooting 10m. Still occasional flier, but within .5" max spread instead of .75" or so.
*I do have spare TP seals BUT... I was curious if an o-ring would work... Velocity now restricted to ~440fps @ 10 pumps. Have to go back into it

Yes I forgot to mention I did do some barrel stabilization tricks and added a LDC that secures the end of the barrel to the shroud, of my Legacy 1000. my 2100 is bone stock and hardly broken in yet.

stabilized mine on my Rem77, using only 7 pumps i can get 5 shots inside what it looks like a .22 hole at 10 yards using a little 4x scope. It will easily shoot under an inch at 30 yards. barrel was also cleaned and polished.

Single most important thing IME is to stick a sheet metal shim between the barrel (shroud) and the pump tube.
You want a piece of sheet metal about 0.014" thick or thereabouts, so that you can slip it in there a few inches away from the front of the receiver. But when you jam it towards the receiver, it won't go all the way. This will force the barrel shroud to bend a little like a spring and keep positive pressure against the receiver, so you get a stable zero without play.
To really take out all the play, you can also hot glue some thin tubing/rods on either side of the pump tube and barrel shroud to eliminate the barrel from racking/twisting when you twist the forearm of the rifle.
