Daisy 499 vs Diana Octoberfest

No, but the diana I believe has decent power.

The daisy 499 is great, extremely quiet, it's literally the most accurate BB gun on the market, and the power is an extremely safe low velocity which I quite like for indoor shooting.
I would absolutely choose the daisy if single muzzle loading isn't a big deal to you.

You might also look into the daisy model 25, they're such a ton of fun and only about $60.

499 super accurate.  Single shot loading gets old after long shooting sessions.
The Oktoberfest is a super fun repeater.  Not as accurate in my experience so far, but fun factor is greater. 
Had some friends over recently to shoot in my basement set up and guess what they preferred?  (Not the 499).
I have seen reports of issues with the Diana’s breaking down- but I haven’t had any issues.
499 is quieter - but also lower velocity.

I’ve only shot daisy match grade bb’s so far.

I have a 499B and a Daisy 35, and a Red Ryder for the bb factor. I like the muzzle loader factor of the 499, of course I have other guns when I tire of the single loading, I have Gamo lead bb's that I intend on trying in my Crosman MK 177 multi pump (rifled barrel). I am limited in my yard by distance so shooting bb's is a different kind of fun for me, and it's quiet. Neighbor friendly.
