CameraLand deal on Hawke Frontier 3-15X44 scope

Lately I've been in the market to upgrade a scope, to that end I purchased an Athlon Midas Tac 4-16X44, which, at the time, was very likely the best scope I've ever owned. It is clear, very noticeably clearer, than most expensive scopes from Sightron, Leupold, Everything about this scope is quality. The view is just fantastic, and for something like $400+, it's a steal. The ONE and ONLY downside is it does not have a lighted reticle, and that is something I actually like and use. I'm ok with the fact that they put the money into the glass and build, so this is not a bash, just a feature I'd like to have.
Not wanting to let go of such a nice scope, I decided to keep looking and see what I could find. Then I saw a advert for Camera Land and the sale of the Hawke Frontier. This is Hawke's top of the line scope. It is everything the Athlon is and more. Razor clear, bright and just fantastic, PLUS, it's lighted and weighs less than the Athlon by an ounce or two, so whoohoo! Now, for the kicker, $359 and you just can't beat it. I mounted it on my Brocock Sniper and proceded to shoot tiny groups. Twisting the turrets and moving between groups worked just fine. I've only shot it on 10X so far, as I was sighting in and messing with the box test, so I didn't use higher magnification, except to varify the view and sharpness, which was spot on. The Brocock is a semi-bullpup, so it doesn't have a lot of scope room, and this scope has a 4" eye relief, so I had to use an offset mount, but that was the only accomodation I've had to make.
This could quite possibly be the best buy in scopes today, and I'm mulling over buying another and selling something to pay for it, the Frontier is that good.

Nice. I have a few $169-$259 Hawke scopes and they are pretty good. I don't think you can go wrong with a Hawke scope.
I also like that the mil-dots are fairly small on all the ones I have, and don't block half the squirrel's head like some others I use.
