Daisy Model 25, Determining production date?

Hey Guys,
Purchased a small collection that included a Daisy 25. After cleaning, lubing and shooting this I am hooked it is a fun gallery type BB gun, a definite keeper. Shoots really strong. I know Daisy left Plymouth MI 1958. So that is 66 years ago, but I think the airgun looks older.
Does anybody know how to determine production date of vintage model 25 Daisys?
Thank you for looking.

Here are more pics , I read BB Pelletier article. Based on his data airgun seems like an early 1930's. Daisy added the receiver stamping in 1937, my gun has none. Guns made prior to 1930 not have the tang on top of receiver mine has a tang. In 1935, Daisy change the barrel straps from long, to short with two spot welds modern style still used. Also trigger guard is post 1931 according to article.
It is sort of hard to cock it, most kids would struggle with the action I think, I know as a kid I would have.
Any further help would be greatly appreciated. I am not a Daisy guy. To get the Crosman I wanted had to purchase this airgun too. Since it works great it will accent my Hy-scores.
Kindest Regards,
Randy

Hey Lilly's Dad
First off I have enjoyed your reviews of BB guns like the Barra , thanks bro. Good reads.
Not sure what numbers on the tube you meant? If you mean the patent numbers I see them but could not find anything else?
If the gun has other stamping please tell me where to look, my eye-sight not so good. I do not know about Daisys airguns,
Again thanks

The Daisy Museum has a form that can be filled out and mailed in to determine what date the gun was made. Form here:

Daisy BB is an "Improved" model made 1930-32 Variant 4. So I ordered wrong seal kit the rubber one when Leather is needed. D&G stocks Plymouth MI parts. I am still learning by trial and error. So now I just waiting for the right parts because I failed to research what parts are needed.
The rifle is appx 93 years old so the shot tube was broken. So a shot tube and leather seals not bad BB gun pushing 100 years old. I'll post a pic and chrono data once completed. Thanks for your help.

is great to shoot guns that are a century old or thereabouts... i im lucky to have the "Daisy for a dollar" sold during the great depression... it was a mighty gift in such trying times... its a model 101 No 33 single shot lever, 244 fps and good enough to knock soda cans down at 30 ft... love that gun.

Already bought another Daisy model 25. 2nd Daisy is an older straight stock variant 4 with long throw 1927.
Once these 25's a repaired, I am expecting 350 fps with new seals.
I need to know who do you send vintage Daisys to for repair? TThanks
