I've decided to release the files for this project. I've also included the SCAD file so that anyone with the expertise can modify the design. There are three clamps one for 51mm bottles, one for 54mm bottles and one for 61mm bottles. There are two stock extensions one is 4 inches lone the other 6" long. There is an STL for the Weaver type dovetail which can be epoxied into the stock extension.
I really like my Talon! Over the years I've collected up plenty of bottles, regulators, barrels and parts for AF airguns. I got this Talon last year before Squirrel season and hunted with it all season. It is compact and "hides" nicely in the small of my back when I am "working" an orchard for a friend that is in a pretty populated area. I don't like getting grief when I am pesting from some poor unfortunate soul who can't wrap their mind around the realities of life. It is easier to go semi-stealth mode, so I do.Now the Talon P is a great little rifle for that sort of work. It is small, light, and pretty quiet. Maybe a month ago I decided to get a "Cricket" regulator (had not tired that one) and a small 4500 psi bottle. I wanted to keep the original ergonomics of the little gun. I had a Condor with the large bottle. I never did get comfortable with that 60mm bottle.Well I did the math and a 4500 psi bottle regulated to 14MPa (140 bar) would give me something like 50 shots on a fill. I went for it.**EDIT** The black metal parts are on order. I hit the hardware store to get the bolt & wingnut.
