Warning to Other dealers and private sellers on Andrew ph number 443 802-7245

Hi Guys! Just a warning about this fellow. He is very talkative and wants to order all kinds of things. I spent a lot of time on the phone with him and he would say he wanted this and that and finally bought some things and made the payment, but then wanted me to do a deal with him to make payments on a new bigger order. Of course this shows how foolish I can be at times. I sent him the order and he had promised $200 a week payments. He kept communicating til the package arrived but ghosted me once it was delivered.
He accidentally sent me a text that was meant for another dealer asking about his custom order with them, so I know he is trying this with other guys as well. Just be aware he is a thief and if you are dumb enough to send anything without full payment it'll be your loss.

Embarrassing for me because I know better than to do this unless I truly know the person, and I am paying for it now, but I would like to just mention it unless someone else is in danger of getting suckered.
His name is Andrew, and he used his wife's name Felicia Demetro to pay for the first order, feliciademetro@rocketmail.com. His phone number is 443 802 7245 and his address is 6818 Mount Vista Rd, Kingsville MD 21087.
If anyone knows him and is willing to confront him on his thieving that is great.

If you look at the property listing, the owner is not the resident. Felicia is the renter on record. I was asking about name as state records show Felicia is not married.
