American air rifles with classic style

Looking for a modern air rifle made in USA with classic style.  I was thinking maybe a Benjamin Marauder, but they do not mention anything about being American made anymore.  I think the new stock is fugly anyway.

The Marauder field target is a beauty but i assume it’s probably Turkish or Chinese.

What else is there? 

I really missed out on those early Marauders “Made in USA”.  I woulda went for it if I knew what it would be like today.

What are you mainly going to shoot at?
Targets, plinking, pests, distance?

A legitimate 50 yard critter gitter.  Something with a little more range than my R9.  Something .22 cal, push a heavy pellet fast enough to handle a little wind.  Hold on hair and still kill small game out to 50 yards or so.

Unless you're talking about the "hair" between the eye the the ear I think you're out'a luck!  When I was still hunting (pb-.22lr) a body, gut or ^&* shot wouldn't do it.  I'm assuming you're talking about a humane kill.

I have killed a pile of critters through the ribs and shoulder with a .177 break barrel, i will have you know.

If you want to keep coming, recommend a rifle.  Nothing you have posted in this thread is worth consideration.

The only wood stocked made in America rifle that I know of would be the AAA Paradigm. I would not say that it has classic looks.

Never heard of hold on the hair. Didn’t see any nasty comments either.

Body shots work fine in some settings, but not in the neighborhood.

Whoa.  More than $3,000?  For the money it better be the absolute best air rifle on the planet.

I like the looks of the Daystate Hunstman.  Classic style, not unrealistic in price although I still would have to pinch my pennies for a little bit to have one.  Also I am not sure if it is packing enough heat to connect at 50 yards the way I’d like to.  Not American, but at least it’s British.

I would assume around 35-40 foot pounds of muzzle energy minumum, and .22 cal, is required to give me the range I want from a gun like this.

I would buy one now, but they are just heavy enough for my wife to use as a club.
