When Gamo got BSA, they put out some pretty decent PCP rifles for the money.  Except for the triggers, they gamo-fied the triggers to death.

Then again, they now have the Arrow.  Time will tell, depends on the sales I guess.  Sales help drive decisions.

If we are voting, I don't like it one bit.  High end dollar airguns, don't know if they can survive, everything else will be made in China.

All Chinese guns come at a unseen cost.  They always cut corners somewhere, and many will never use a fine air rifle long enough to know the difference.  I would rather accept the limitations of a fine break barrel or vintage pumper than to spend the same money for a cheap Chicom PCP. 

To be real honest I don’t even feel safe holding a charged Chicom pcp unless a skilled professional has had his or her hands on it first, inspected and etc.

Hypocritical, I know, but I don’t feel the same way about the spring piston Gamo clones from China.  They are ok.  Sentimental, even.

First order of internal business will be a pay freeze, disgruntled employees, and those that were considering retiring might hang on to see if there's a buy-out offer, and then take it if there is. There will be penny pinching, and thoughts to sell off assets that probably lead to consolidating inventory, eliminating some of it by throwing away old stock that was supporting models no longer in production.

I'm thinking the first high-profile move directly effecting customers will be changes to how the CenterPoint warranty claims are handled, followed by dropping or "carefully rewording" the lifetime warranty.

Time to sell the extra scopes...

The vintage guns are worth the price they command today.  That is all i am saying.
