It shoots a bit slow, though:

top is a 99,second the 105 buck, third is a 102 western carbine or cactus, i believe... it had a little scope too, and the bottom looks like a 105?

It looks like the forearm on that on is black painted steel which would mean it's a sound chamber, and this gun a Ricochet rifle.
They have a whizz wheel under the forearm, and when you fire you get a pop a ricochet sound and a little smoke out the barrel if well oiled.
I don't know a ton about them but with how the whizz mechanism operates I don't think it was really possible to make one that can actually fire BB's.

not a ricochet gun. i have one of those and the forearm is brown and plastic. no way for them to shoot anything.

I stand corrected, there were ricochet rifles that could fire BB's
The gun in question is a no.97 which does both.
I didn't know it was possible to have the ricochet mechanism and still be able to fire BB's , but this is one.
