Urban baffle extender

Hoteltofive (aka Gavin) was kind enough to send me some baffles to try out…@ the moment Im liking this fat one….but most likely go to the slimmer one eventually…all 3 are considerably quieter than stock…no clipping ….good luck

Oh boy... wait til those folks that complain about how hideous the Urban 'pickle' looks get a look and that honkin' thing. Anyone remember Jimmy Durante?  LOL

Very clever. Nice work. LOL, I am going to pass though. Well, I have no choice but to pass because my Urbans are sans pickles, I am a pickle free zone .

I watched all of the videos, read the threads and they were cutting, hack sawing Dremel-ing the pickle off and away. Foolishness I say. Fire is the solution to many things and I burned mine off with a propane torch. Quick and easy.

  For me there was nothing wrong with the OEM…but since he went to the trouble I thought I would try them out….Im only out some time……sorry if I offended…..lol….

PS…I like the path of least resistance….if a gun is easily moderated I will…..but since I quit worrying about the neighbors …might tackle the surgery( e.g. whack off the OEM)  on them @ a later date…. ;…

I put one of the slim extended baffles you mentioned on my Notos. They do work good.

I think the extension is very clever. Had I been able to find a printed replacement like yours I might have given it a whirl before burning my Urban's pickle off. Sounds painful but it really was not  . Came right off. The pickle was also split where the roll pins go. It was quite ruined from a little double feed. Not sure a printed replacement would have stayed in.

I bet it is very quiet. The Urban can have a rather loud bark even with the original moderator intact. Open muzzle it sounds like a .22 PB rifle.

The member named subscriber designed the Urban moderator insert.
I provided all measurements and printed probably 10 versions, plus some small suggestions.

It will fit the Urban and all of the other airguns with the Gamo Fusion moderator (Gamo Arrow, Gamo Coyote, etc).

It made my Urban quieter than the Avenger, or anything else at that power level.
I used the biggest insert, the medium one also works well.

thank you for the effort but it accomplished what I thought would not happen...I have become used to the ugly can on mine and as Ribbonstone said can't see it while shooting...

but that I could not ignore... has a feel of a M72 law headed right at you..

just glad my Buccaneers are pre can and threaded..
