LCS SK-19 Ripoff

I bought an LCS SK-19 a year ago. It worked great until all of a sudden the trigger would not work. I emailed LCS and someone called "Rickey" told me to mail it in for repair. He gave me a street address; 5704 W Market St. and I sent it UPS. He said it would take 3-4 weeks to repair. It's been over 5 weeks now and they will not reply to the numerous emails I sent. I also called their number listed on their "customer service." It's a Whatsapp number and will not accept voice mail. I google earthed the address and it's the post office! I did a corporate search and found out the company does not exist! I'm screwed!

I bought it from Airguns Of Arizona and when I contacted them about the problem they referred me to LCS.

 Have you called AOA back? Have you looked into the address where you sent it? Do you still have the number you used for contact and verified it matches your cell records? have you googled LCS contact information and verified the address?  If you have done all that and have no answers then you will have issues if not use what you have at your disposal to get to the facts.

Did AOA give you the contact info or just the name? If they gave you the contact info (phone number and address) I would contact AOA. If all else fails I would contact the BBB.

When all else fails- it’s a long shot, but you could try to contact the postal inspection service.

Been there, done that. EVERYTHING you did, I did. EVENTUALLY, Rickey got back to me, my airgun was repaired, inexpensive as I recall, and my gun was sent back in a hard case. I sent it boxed. I believe that this link is them also.

Did AOA give you the contact info or just the name? If they gave you the contact info (phone number and address) I would contact AOA. If all else fails I would contact the BBB.

Contact the BBB. Thats a massive waist of time and effort.
The only time the BBB has any influence with a business is when the offending business is a member and even then they have a tendency to side with their members. If all else fails file a complaint with consumer affairs in the state that the business is located. Keep in mind that the burden of proof in on you. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.
