The only pellet this gun would shoot consistently was the H&N FTT 14.66..fitted with a TKO style LDC…a member sent me this can as a gift along with an insert for my notos…..(thanks Hoteltwofive ..aka Gavin)   while not a big fan of this style ,the gun is bench shot so no biggie …and its growing on me..lol…after install I was surprised at how accurate gun became….shoots pretty much anything I feed it now….what am I missing ,has it been operator error all along..all I did was swap out LDC…I saw no evidence of clipping with TKO…. For what its worth gun shot similarly with no LDC..only love for H$N…

 Sometimes the LDC strips the air just right I have had times where a LC works great on one gun and not so much on another.

I tried several moderators on my Brocock Contour.  Huggett, Donny FL, 0db, and Weihrauch.  They all quieted it down about the same, but the Neil Clague is the only one that had a significant positive impact on accuracy. 


Trying the 1st four on the Regal had no change in accuracy at all.


I need an adaptor to use the the other 4 mods on the Contour.  Could that have an impact on the results?

Yes I have had adapters make or break the accuracy, some I tried and thought no way will this not clip and yet they work perfectly
