Gamo Hunter Pro

I am a softie when it comes to basket cases.
On the bay there is offered a Gamo "Prohunter" which is actually a Hunter Pro.
It is missing the mainspring,rear block cross pin, trigger pack and trigger guard from what I can see.
I cannot find out much about this rifle, but internals look akin to the 220,440,880 etc.
From looking at parts for these, I notice many similarities to Crosman springers such as Quest, and others.
Most noticeably, the trigger pack and stock lug cross brace (early style), along with the trigger guard....
Crosman denies making rifles for Gamo, nor marketing Gamo made rifles.
Maybe a third party manufacturer is in play here??

I see a serial #, but no model # other than Hunter Pro.
Anyone up on these critters?
