I have just bought my first air gun an Airarms S510 explorer. I am looking forward to reading the forum and getting advice on getting the most from my gun. U fortunately some pellets are jammed and I have brought it back to my supplier. He has to contact Airarms to get advice on how to clear it. This happen anyone else ?

Youtube is a great place to learn how to fix or do stuff.
Check this out.
I use a coat hanger covered with a paracord sheath.

It's ok to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.
While practicing through my scope, I thought about the "cheek weld". My shooting improved drastically when I discovered it was talking about my face.

No, but when you get it back into service try the NSA .217 23gr. slug. They shoot like lasers out of mine. I'm assuming you have a .22. I have the 400, 410, 500, and 510, but for some reason I only put the 400 and 510 into service to smash squirrels. Kodiak or Barracudas also work well in this platform. However with slugs, squirrels don't stand a chance. I kinda feel for them, as it's totally unfair.

Ronfiveo. Would the same technique apply to my ultimate explorer though ?

I have no idea.
As long as you can reach the pellet, and don't scratch the bore and it has
an opening in the breech to exit, I don't see why not. Just be very gentile.
It's up to you if you want to try it or not.
I've done this jam clearing method before myself, but not with an unprotected rod.
Of course my guns cost just a very tiny, tiny, tiny fraction of the price of yours.

I'd go to home depot, and buy a correctly sized wooden dowel. If the pellet is stubborn, lightly tap on the dowel until it comes out the breech. This is the exact same method when you slug a barrel.
