Magnified scope with out crosshairs but with circle or dot

I was just thinking, after using a peep sight, that it might be pretty cool to have a magnified scope
but with a circle or just a dot in stead of cross hairs to pinpoint the point of aim. And I'm not talking
about a reflex sight system.

Is one made and if so who makes it?

Disregard this post.
After further review it would be impossible. Crosshairs meet in the at one point but a circle or dot could
never line up with either up/down or side/side with out becoming deformed or way off line.
So the closest I can get to that would be a reflex sight with a magnifier in front of it.

That's more like what I'm looking for. 5X would be pretty good as well. No need for a magnifier,
unless one wanted to bump that up a little.

It would be OK for shooting at one given distance, but not very good for making adjustments for varying distances.

There are scopes with a center dot not connected to the crosshairs, but the crosshairs allow for elevation and windage corrections.

Yes they tend to have shorter eye relief nice to not need batteries t see the dot, parallax is minimum. Mounting can be an issue and extended rails are often needed, some like the Immersive brand come with mounts that compensate.
