I have already done that here on the GTA, many times.

I've done that as well. Matter of fact, I touched on it a bit in a thread in the new gate this morning.
To be honest, I didn't have my first one more than about a day. It was taken away when I came home with a nest full of Robin eggs and claimed the mother had abandoned them. Took me quite sometime to earn that trust back.

I got my first bb gun,a Model 25 in about 1962 or 63. Took it outside to the garage. My Dad hung all his old license plates on the back wall of the garage. I aimed at a plate,pulled the trigger and bam!,got hit right between the eyes by a ricochet. Didn't break the skin but sure surprised the snot out of me. Never told my parents what happened. Learned something about bbs that day.

Well, the difference this time is we have an official bbgun gate! That makes all the difference imho. Maybe move those threads here?
