throat size 6.45mm x 10.9
air outlet 5.5mm x 20.175mm
I modified the vents to 6.0mm
Do I still have room to make amends?

Not that I can help, but assume the background for this question can be found here:

Imagine if you had an infinite number of cross sections through the valve, the formula is to have all of (the empty space) through each cross section to have exactly the same area in square inches as the transfer port. This will give the air the fastest possible path through the valve. This is just my opinion and I find that it works well for me. hth.

Hsuan,
Don't forget the valve stem eats up some of that flow area, so it is not just a matter of matching the diameters of the cylindrical sections.
It sounds like you have bored out one or more passages larger than you want. You can make a sleeve out of a thin walled metal tube and glue that into the oversize port. Thin walled brass or steel tubing is available. You could fabricate a sleeve and then Loctite it in place, or use almost any glue. Just don't have the bonding agent run into the rest of the valve where it might be hard to remove.
Such thin walled tubing could probably stand the air pressure that your PCP operates at. Even if it is not rated for that pressure, the thin walled tube would bear against the valve body after gluing, so the thin walled tube would not actually have to resist the air pressure by itself.
It might be useful if you are specific about what changes you have made to which parts, and what your goals are for the diameter of the hole/s you have enlarged?

I tried to get more energy but didn't do my homework。
I have not modified other parts ,Narrated content only.
Thin-walled metal tube casings have been produced.
Now I'm going to restore it to its original state first.
