Pic-Rail clamp for 30 mm OD air tank

Someone asked me to design a Pic-Rail air tank clamp for a Huben Pistol, that looks like the Notos tank clamp at the link below.  I was told that the Huben had the same 30 mm OD air tank.  So, the attached design should fit the Notos, even if it is not right for the Huben: https://terminadorindustries.com/products/umarex-notos-picatinny-rail-mount-for-bipod

The assembly shows M4 cap-screws with a 7 mm head diameter; with mating nuts that are 7 mm  across the flats.  The screw head socket and shank holes are 1 mm larger than the screw.  The nut hex sockets are also 1 mm larger than the nuts across the flats.   So, in CAD there is a 0.5 mm clearance around the hardware.  The actual prints will have that clearance close in by perhaps as much as 0.5 mm; especially top to bottom in the Z-axis print direction.

The screw and nut CAD models were imported from McMaster-Carr.  Here are the part numbers:

Updated Pic-Rail Clamp for Huben pistol, has ID for 33.25 mm OD tube.  Two versions STLs attached in on ZIP file, below.

Either some Huben pistols have 30mm OD air tubes tubes, or the person who providing that info was thinking of a Notos.

The outer diameter of the Umarex Notos air tank is 32mm not 30mm.

Would the 30mm version still fit the Notos, maybe a tight fit?
In the worst case I can use a heat gun to soften the clamping part and slide it on.
