I have one and has a very smooth shot cycle after the break in period.
Easy to cock. Great open sights. Well balanced. Accurate.
Can recommend one

Guys thank for your input and today I ordered a HW70 pistol from AoA. Now the wait begins as I also have a HW50 coming from them as well! Charles

I have fairly recent production HW 70 and the Black Arrow both. I find them easy to cock, and I don’t own any more of the other Weihrauch SSP pistols which were more difficult. The break barrels such as the HW 70 I do find after a longer setting the front sight hood starts to leave the palm of my hand sore.
On both of mine, once I had the trigger set, I pulled the grips and used quick set finger nail polish on the screw for the adjustment. Both of mine unwound themselves real quick without it.
I also used this moment to lube a few things while the grips were off.
