OH NO BAD PREDS!!!

just got my order of 5 tins of .22 preds.... and one of the tins, had a small dent in the can... upon opening it up, the pellets are smashed... i searched through and out of 200, found about 25 without crushed skirts.... time to call PA....  i hate having to return stuff....

i had 2 tins of jbs come and it looked like the shipping deptment had played soccer with them....pa replaced them but i had to take pics and email them 4 time to get my pellets rolling....

What's going on with PA lately? I just got a shipment of pellets and one of my tins of Baracuda Match looks like it hit the floor hard. Ain't opened it yet... scared of what I might find.

How were the preds packed? Any obvious marks to the box?

We had this problem once with a special on Gamo pellets (I think from GamoUSA).  The tins came loose in a cardboard box with just a smattering of shredded paper tossed in.  Many reported dented cans.  If your can is about 90% useless, tell PA.  They should send you a new one, no return.  Take a picture and email them.

My pellets from PA have always been OVER packed. I've never had to return anything to them but I hear the customer service is great.

i think its the people delivering them not PA anyway they are awsome in the customer service dept.i hate returning too but sounds like you have enough to last to you get a new tin.good luck

the box is in great shape, and all the other pellets are good.  just one tin that got smashed up.

I have 8 tins of JSB Exact kings .25 on there way from
Pyd-air...hope they are OK...
As I won't beable to return them...

Big Block, the tin of Baracuda Match I got was the same. I ordered 3 tins of Hunter and one of Match, all we're nestled in foam, but the tins of Hunter are fine and blemish free but the Match tin has a big ol dent in it. It was put in the box that way.

I think someone is dropping the ball (tins) over there lately.

p.s. (added in edit) I opened up the tin of Baracuda Match. I got lucky, pellets look good.

Bummer 454, I thought PA was the bomb when it comes to pellet tin condition.
Their packing and boxing is nothing short of over-kill.
I hope it's just a temporary quality control issue.

Addicted to their 4for3 deal.....that reminds me, I better score some tins soon! - before I start to break out in hives.
