Illumination torch setup?

Hello GTA members,

I have a Taipan Veteran Compact, well heck ... should see a picture attached of her.   I'd like to put an illuminated torch on that can easily be removed yet not mar or scratch up what ever it attaches to.   What color would be best and not draw the most attention from neighbors or whatever?   Green kinda of appeals to me.   I know some Taipan owners install a rail for a bipod etc, but not wanting to do that modification.  Not against 3D printed devices, but not using duct tape    Just like the air rifle, want 'compact' yet packs a punch to get the job done out to 60 yards.

Yes, majority of the time its those pesky rabbits but do have the okay for coyotes as I did check out that situation with GFP.   All within my property.

Not sure I have enough space or clearance for one of those offset rail mounts.  I tried to keep the scope as close to the rail as possible - medium vs high rings.  Looking at the scope tube (not much room there) or maybe the barrel.

If you have a 30mm scope you can get the eagle vision adjustable rings that have a rail built on the top cap. These are solid mounts I use them

I have an older model of this setup. I know it’s not cheap, but high quality gear. Includes remote switch and color filters. They are pretty awesome lights.

Get a picatinny scope tube adaptor and mount it..

Sometimes the best place to put a mount for a light ain't the best place to put a light.

In my experience lights should be mounted as close to the muzzle as practical.  Preferably below and in front of the muzzle.  This eliminates the possibility of any glare reflecting off any portion of the gun and spoiling your sight picture.  I've experimented with several different set-ups and this is the only one that does not produce glare.  I have a rather clumsy looking picatinny mount that clamps around the barrel but it would not work for your bullpup.
