David McCallum, known as Donald "Ducky" Mallard on NCIS has passed at 90.  Gonna miss him for sure.

I don't know about Ducky but I was a huge fan of Illya Kuryakin (and Napoleon Solo).  The reason I bought my first P-38 and the reason I still carry one.

Truly one of my favorite actors. Grew up watching David on The Man from U.N.C.L.E and then I love NCIS. Ducky will be missed.

Robert Vaughn aka Napoleon Solo, died back in 2016. Now David McCallum aka Illya Kuryakin. Stephanie Powers aka April Dancer, (The Girl From U.N.C.L.E.) is still alive & kicking.

Heck Mark Harmon has been missing also. At least the last few I watched but it's been a while. RIP and GOD speed Mr McCallum.

I used to watch NCIS alot when it had the original cast. It slipped farther down my ratings list with every cast member change.
Then when they did a version for virtually every American city remotely close to a Naval base I lost all interest.
I think the final straw was when they stuck Ducky in a closet.

R.I.P. Loved the 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' United Network Command for Law and Enforcement. Did I get that right? Also loved that short barreled P-38 with the barrel extension, silencer, scope, skeleton shoulder stock and extended magazine.

In the sixties the P-38 was still the epitome of cool.

I like to think that "the UNCLE gun" was the progenitor of all our modern bling covered tactical rigs.

Dang. . . .  Now I'm gonna have to get one of those UMAREX CO2 P-38's and start building one!
