Airgun barrel reboring...?

I've got a 60's HW35 in .177 that needs help.
Most of it I can address myself, but the bore is "loose".

If 4.53 pellets don't get it back in the game, I'd consider going up to .20 (or even .22) but I don't know of anyone who would rebore to the right land and groove sizes.

Any suggestions?

Not a process you will find being done ...
If Crosman CPHP's are not large enough ?, Try some H&N 5.54 or 5.55 FTT's

Generally speaking, it's not economical to rebore and re-rifle.  It takes specialized gun drills, oil pumps (for the gun drill bits), big lathes, and rifling machines.  Far cheaper to replace the barrel.

I would definitely want to keep the original, so I'll post on the pellet exchange for some extra large sorted pellets.

Great old rifle, so I'm willing to do quite a bit to help it out.  The idea of "upgrading" to .20 was interesting too, but I'd really rather keep it a .177.

Yeah, it's 140 pounds, but it could work.  Maybe there's something cheaper out there?
