I'm confused(not that unusual).... how does a seller that buys pellets for 4 cents each make money by selling them for 25 or 50 cents for a quantity of 25 pellets? Seems to me that the cost to the seller is $ 1.00.... Unless they are being discounted because they are no longer wanted, it would seem to me that its a lose-lose situation for the seller. I think that in a no-swap "sale" situation it would be almost too easy just to figure the going rate for the pellets and just sell them at cost, whether the buyer wants 25 or 100 pellets, the price would be fixed at cost, plus the applicable shipping cost to get them to the buyer.I know, just my 2 cents! pv
Just wanted to bump this. Several of us have already swapped some pellets and things to be working nice and smooth. If you have pellets to swap, post what you have and post what you want. All details are then handled by PM between the folks involved and not in the thread.
