Is there anyone in the USA that sells the cone type breech seals for Chinese underlever air rifles like the DB3,DB5,XS38 etc?
Thanks.

I'm not one of the experts but I have a pack of "Assorted Flat Faucet Washers". It's a cheap Home Depot sort of item. One of them was a pretty close fit and I was able to jam it in place. It seems to be working fine. I don't shoot that AG much but if the washer eventually fails, they're cheap. Just like the gun, LOL.

I'd check with Mike Melick of Flying Dragon Air Rifles.

Contact either Flying Dragon Air Rifles:
http://flyingdragonairrifles.org/,
or ^&$@_=s:
https://www.@#$%^.com/default.asp.
I have been able to find parts for my B40 from both vendors in the past. You might also consider ordering a few spares.
