Air Venturi doesn't show the pistol on there web site, has it been discontinued ?

These pistols were made in Russia.  So there is what you might call a supply problem.

Airgun depot shows the 46M as out of stock.  PA shows it as not available.  So ebay or other used sources may be your only option.  The first ebay link below has as new one for $700:
