Daisy 880

I need to reseal this Daisy 880 but I see different seal kits available. One for the older? Daisy 880s and one from the newer in other words how can I tell if this Daisy 880 is old or new I don't see any serial numbers it has a metal frame in plastic stock and handguards

The easiest tell is the pump tube.
If aluminum,you need the newer seal kit.
If brass or steel, you need the older kit.
I hear that there is a kit out there that converts the older 880's to use the newer style seal kit, has all parts you need to do the job right, and saves you substantial $$$ in the process.

If only I could put my finger on where that kit comes from........

If your 880 has a brass pump tube, it MAY need a transfer port seal between the barrel and valve body...depends on the particular vintage.

Ronno6 has a great seal kit if you need one. I upgraded my olger m/m 880 with his hit. Loving it!
