Who needs a dirty .30 with .177 slugs like that
Good shooting DJ, I have had a slump lately time or weather not on my side. Did see a woodchuck on my way out the drive at work today and circled around to see if I could get a shot, but it vanished.

Every time I think they have been sufficiently thinned out, more show up. I've been worried about over hunting them in the past, but that appears to be impossible.
G-hog evading me at work , will see if anything happens this afternoon at home
Got a mature female this afternoon with the bottle Bandito. Right through the top of the noggin and even hit the front right forearm.

The glass on this red dot is quite dark and I have to run the dot so bright to see it. The red dot on my Stormrider is much better and probably cost me the same $40-ish. The impact of the 177 10.03 JSB slug is ten times louder than the muzzle report. I swear it sounds like a rimfire when that slug connects with flesh.

Also has low and high mounts. They've been on sale for quite a while now; try Midway.Got mine for a little less than $200 in '17, but they're now half of that.I don't bother on cheap optics 'cuz they're just throwaway + Vortex has a lifetime warranty that is why I kept it even if it's made in China.
