Naked 2240 ?

This 2240 has had scope,red dot,reflex and a LPA iron…did I miss anything….is there anything else I can try ….just looking for a change,,,,many thanks

Have you tried a peep sight? I know you mentioned lpa, but the peep is much more precise on them imo.

I appreciate the replies…I guess with the exception of the above mentioned I’ve tried everything….I put a reflex back on it and called it a day…I had robbed it of some parts so that prompted my question….I dont shoot it that much 🤷🏼‍♂️

how about laminating a stock and going with a 19" .177  barrel with an old 2 3/4 Redfield Wideveiw.. Then you can say you tried everything...

just hit the 42$ buy button for a 2240 for my youngest it will have an assortment of barrels...but will give it to her as a 1740 ish 20" 1399 carbine wearing a cheap Tasco 3-7x20...

May just see if I can open up a barrel band to .5" and sleeve the barrel with .5" 6061 aluminum tube...

I want to try one eventually. I figure if I don't like it on a pistol it will be great on my Stormrider.

Right now I am trying to figure out what I want to do with a rear sight on my 2240 when I change out to an ambi breech cut for the OEM plastic
sight. My current thought is to use a WGRS-54 with the diopter insert removed, essentially making it into a ghost ring. However, they are put of stock almost everywhere and the only place I can find one has them significantly marked up. At which point the SeeAll edge glow looks like a better deal.

My eyes at this point limit my shooting precision without some magnification so most of my guns are scoped, but this would not work on the PP750 because I shoot it as a pistol and as a carbine.

This gun scoped and rested will shoot 3/8 groups at 30 yds.
With the See All (edge glow Mark 1) rested I was shooting 1" or better at 30 yds.  I cannot do this with a red dot.

Yesterday I was shooting my NP-03 and pulled the 750 out and was banging a 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" diamond spinner at 30 yds rested.  The light was fading at this point.

The See All in comparison to most red dots, well tube style anyway, is smaller, lighter, brighter FOV, more precise IMO and uses no batteries.  Oh and you never have to turn it on or off

I'm comfortable enough with mine for hosps up to 15 or 20 yds, pigeons and squirrels up to 25 or 30 yds.

Mine was the 1st Gen which I never got to use ‘cuz it arrived, IIRIC, along with the Bushnell Elite G2DMR FFP scope a few weeks before I relocated to the US from Asia.
