Damaged baffles in Diana Bandit

Today at the club, I got my Diana Bandit out of the case and noticed a rattle. I traced it down to the moderator body being loose. I took it a part and found that I had a baffle strike. That is likely because I put some .177 pellets in a .22 cal air pistol so we can blame it on me.
I used my pocket knife to trim obstructions and put it back together. First 10 shot group was ugly but second one was more like it.
So now I'd like to replace the two wipes but I don't see them for sale. My other thought is to print a monocore insert out of petg. Am I the first to need to do this? If there is a solution out there I'd like to try it, if not I'll roll my own.
Thanks,

Try hair curlers, 3/4" ish will fit, experiment by removing some rear baffles to allow the initial air burst to disperse.

Don't know if there is any chance this would fit or could be modified to fit the Bandit.

A couple years back I ordered 10 of these from Crosman directly for ~2 each + $4 s&h. Have used them on some Crosman/Benjamin rifles, several Hatsans, and a couple ATI Freedom refurbs. They seem to work about the same as the factory mufflers in my Hatsan Snipers. My Freedoms had NO baffles and using these (slightly modified) in the factory shroud made them MUCH quieter. When installed in its own tube and threaded onto an older (non-QE) AT44 and BT65 it GREATLY reduced the noise. Threaded onto a Summit Ranger made it a little quieter also.
I haven't started 3D printing yet but I'm certain you can make parts yourself or find folks who have already printed some for sale.
edit: threaded end is 1/2"-20 tpi (1/2" UNF)

I ended up drawing up a design and 3d printing a monocore insert. Worked okay today at the club.
I can't post an external link so I can't share the .stl .
