Benjamin pistol holster

I'm looking for a holster for a Benjamin E9 series co2 pistol.  Here is a picture.

If your asking for one like is in the picture, that is a revolver hoster. Looks like it should work fine and they are easy to find. Ebay or Amazon either one will have them.

Picture above is the only holster I have seen in conjunction to Benjamin E9 series pistol.  If someone has a picture of the factory correct holster for that pistol.
I'd love to see it or buy it!

This is the holster that I got with the Benjamin model 130 60 years ago.  Although my Benjamin E9 Series fits into it, the holster is about 2" to long.  Does anyone know if Benjamin made a shorter holster for the e9 series pistols?

I'm dabbling with it - mostly dog leads & collars - strap work.  Nothing stitched yet.  Like any fabrication, it's hard to beat established manufacturers for price and consistent quality.  Materials alone usually cost more than the going rate for a product.  Pistol holsters, wallets, etc.

I'll suggest getting dimensions for the pistols.

If someone has a factory made holster and would trace it out, I may be able to replicate it...

I am coming to the conclusion that Benjamin only made 1 pistol holster.  So I will continue
to search for a second one like the one pictured above so both my #130 and my E9 Series
both have a home!  Or I may trace the one I have and send it to you.

Gary my Crosman 150 type 1 fits a 45 Colt ACP holster well.

GaryG - If you want, we can talk about what I would need to replicate the one you have.  Once we have that, making changes would be easy ( I.E. 2" shorter, a little roomier inside, etc.).  I'd enjoy the project as long as expectations are low - I'm no Mitch Rosen or Milt Sparks.

There are a few holster makers that are very basic in design - not wet molded to a specific gun, just 2 pieces sewn together that fits many guns.  I have a belt/holster combo from "Versa Carry" that is well made - they might have something off-the-shelf that could work for folks here.

My first choice is to keep looking for another holster like in the picture above.  But if I don't find one within a few months, I'll
pursue having one made.

I've got a some basic leathercraft tools such as a stitch groover and a set of pricking irons, but you can make a holster with nothing more than a knife , an awl, a couple of needles, and a fork to mark your evenly spaced holes.
That's what I started with as a teenager, and the awl was actually homemade from a sharpened nail.



The holster you're looking for is a very simple design, and would be an ideal first leathercraft project if you discover that Benjamin never made a shorter copy of that 132 holster.

You can use wood glue instead of barge cement without issue,  you'll just need some leather and waxed thread.
A snap set if you want a strap.

It's really not hard at all.
Just order some 8oz leather ,some thread, and a couple needles.

Saddle stitching is very easy, just a length of thread with a needle on each end that you pass through every hole from both sides as you go along.
