Best pellet

Decided I had enough break in rounds through my redone 890 so it was time to find her prefered pellet brand. I did 10 shot group's at 10 yards rested. Started out with JSB Exacts, that's my go to for almost all of my AG's. Not bad right around half inch well under a dime. Next CPHP's that really don't do too bad as a go to, they shot a little over a half inch group and could still be covered by that dime. Dissapointment was next with RWS R 10 match, they shot the largest group at over three quarters of an inch. In fairness to them I really dont think they like going as fast as this rifle pushes them. The best group came from, new to me Beeman FTS Copper plated and also the most expensive pellet's of the bunch, With a just over a three eights inch group, well under that dime, I think I have found the pellet of choice for this rifle.

Not Bad at All with the JSBs.  I wonder if you might also try the BOXed Crosman 7.9s or the heavier Crosman Premier Mags 10.5s. Depending on if you wanna shoot heavies.   Not surprised with the RWS pellets in that power of the 890.
