3D Printing Capabilities

I machine a step washer out of aluminum bar.
It has a concentric projection on one side and a concentric recessed cavity on the reverse side.
To visualize, it is a flat washer with a projection on one face to center an O-ring, and a pocket on the reverse side into which a coil spring nests.

That makes it so that there is no solid face to begin a print.

Is this 3D print doable??
It would have to be printed over a removeable flat washer to provide a surface on which to print ??
