I cast my own projectiles for 30-30,45/70 and.600” for my Snider rifle. I have never been able to .22 air rifle molds in stock . I ordered a JTS air rifle in .25 and hoped like in the past I could find a mold for .25 pellets and slugs but now that I am searching I find none. Well , as of today my JTS .25 won’t get to me by at least October , that’s more time to source a mold. Can anyone help me find a .25 cal 30 to 32 grain pellet or slug mold ? Thanks.
press or casting?

No lathe or mill in my little Gunsmithing shack outback yet but soon before I retire hopefully. Will give a go making my own tooling then.

I am fortunate in that everything I cast works as cast for my needs using Lee molds . 30-30, 45/70 Lee molds work extemely well for my rifles. It seems the airgun game with casting is a little more "alchemy" . Looking hard at NOE molds.
Stephen@AVS slugs started out in .22 cal with the Nova Liberty with great success but yes it's initially very expensive and that's why I've always cast.Yesterday morning I was using my Challenger 22 cal shooting my cast NOE 218-25-RF slugs and got a chipmunk headshot at 35yads, the slugs outof this gun shoot very accurate and flat, from 30 to 50 yards I zero the cross hairs on what I want to shoot.

Could I repurpose a hydraulic jack or something?
