The PP750 was my favorite airgun and I almost bought a second one form Wes just for plinking.
My first went through some work at Veradium Air to allow me to get rid of skunks in close quarters, which it still does very well.
Still love it, but now that I have an Airmax Katran completely set up for a left handed person like me, one PP750 is enough.
Not to hijack the thread, but if you are on the fence for a PP750, I encourage you to commit, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

What velocity or energy does it shoot out of the box?
Can the velocity be changed easily?
What else do I need to know?
I shoot targets only from 18 to 29 yards.

Wes at Airgunarchery sells a US version in .22 which will do 13.5 FPE for 50 shots with an ES of 3.6%. Very good for straight out of the box.

You may need to swap in US port if not already installed, Wes provided a US port with the .22 delivered to me.

Turning in the spring 5 turns and adding 3/16 CCW on the regulator brought it up to 17FPE for 29 shots, ES 3.4%.

There is a lot more power to be had with porting, barrels and others.

Wes has a state side supplier for suppressors or an adaptor for any 1/2-20 unit.

To that you will likely need to add an LDC and and LDC adapter.

There have been great answers already to your question.

Mine after work is roughly where Wes' US version is stock. I am using it at 10-20 feet on skunks and up to distances like yours for plinking. I consistently shoot metal fence posts with it (1" wide), and that's all I need to have a big grin on my face when I use it. I'm shooting the super cheap CPHPs from Crosman (.22 cal). I chronoed it last fall with better pellets, but I changed my tune since; at the distances I shoot, any pellet I had on hand works fine.
For moderators, I had clipping issues. I haven't bothered checking that part yet, I just shoot it without a moderator.

Coming back to your choices:

 I would say that Wes would be orders of magnitude easier and cheaper to work with if any warranty work had to happen, compared to Krale. I'm not saying anything against Krale, they just are on the other side of the ocean and the shipping cost and time will likely be on your side to bear. on the other side, Wes has an excellent track record anyone can lean on when making their decision.
