Katran Long .22 CAL 520mm barrel

Been looking awhile and finally chose the Katran Long in .22 cal. Quality is very good and run it on the chrony today. I fit a Hawke Sport HD 4x12x50 mil dot. Pictures later hopefully.

Hoping to get started today sighting in and putting it thru it's paces...one item I really like is the magazine is below the scope rail. Very clever on Airmaks part.

Did the sight-in at 25 yards...4 shots to get in the bull and a 5 shot group was 3/8" Ctr To Ctr.  I checked the trigger pull and it was 2.9 OZ ...waaaay to light....I'm going to change that to at least 12 OZ.
Found a loose screw on the fore grip...but it will not tighten up because there is only one screw at the receiver end...so Ill fix that with a cabinet door bumper !/4" Dia glued at the front end.
There are excellent  directions for adjusting trigger, hammer spring etc...some available online from AirMaks. I'll post some examples. Anything that needs adjusting is covered.

Finally I can post some pics. As mentioned above it took 4 shots before I could try a group while sighting in.The group is in the red.
