I expect them to be better overall, if so, I will be making the gen ll into all-weather, hydro dipped guns with AR grips and extending, foldable buttstocks.

I wasn't targeting any specific manufacturer, I just see the guns coming out to the end user with no complaints more and more these days. And that is awesome for people who don't have the tools, knowledge or mechanical aptitude to fix issues.

I'm just baffled when I hear so many complains about High End guns leaking in a very short time,
Even mid range guns,

I get it, all guns at one point will leak that is the game we are playing with O-rings,.....but please give me 3-5 years before I get a leak !!!

Me too, it is one thing if a $500 gun leaks, quite another with a $1500 (plus) gun that leaks. And this is exactly why I do not own such a thing (yet). Do they not pressure check these guns?

Is it routine for PCP rifles to be shipped flat? My Marauder came full and ready to rock and roll and with a test target proving that somebody at least fired the thing and it held air long enough for them to do so. My UX Gauntlet 2 was flat and leaked immediately and my Gamo Urban was flat and leaked and neither came with a test target verifying the rifle was functional and accurate.

I know it might add a few bucks but I would really hope the JTS rifles come with a test target and are shipped with air and are checked for no leaks before shipment, kinda like my Marauder was functional tested. That is confidence inspiring. And the test target is proof because I assume the action is set into a fixture. I was in manufacturing and we function tested products. Of course when it comes to aviation components and products it is terribly important, lives might depend upon it.

I have several 1911 pistols, a couple of Kimbers and a Colt GI and a RIA GI, and my favorite is the lowly RIA GI. It came with a fired casing and a target with a hole in it purt near bullseye. And it is a shooting fool and has become my favorite. A target and a casing or a target and a pressure check signed off, why can that not be? Why is this hard? Especially for a $2,000 plus air rifles.

Your Marauder wasn't imported. It didn't go through Customs. The other guns you mentioned were imported. There are laws that may affect the state of pressurized vessels. If the stateside distributor does not test the gun requiring them to put air in it, you will most likely receive a 'flat' gun.
As for the JTS guns, yes, they will come out of China.... at least the parts to assemble them will. If they are assembled in the Texas Xisico location, the may come with air in them.

This all depends on how a company is set up. Quantity over quality or vice versa. If they give a quota of guns to be built a day than yes we will get rejects. If they let the worker take time and can work out any kinks than we will get good guns. If every gun is test fired then no reason to not get them with air in them. Only time will tell, well and our money.

Every single gun I bough ( must be north of 60 for sure ) came with air.

I'm quite sure all my Koreans came right at 100 BAR.

Don't mean to get off subject, but i just got my SAM rifle back from Crosman for warranty work. When i called the CS person they told me to ship it with no air, which i did. When i got it back it had a white sticker on the box with 7 black bars on it. On the bottom of that label it stated  (Dangerous Goods In Apparatus). It came back with a 3000 psi fill? They also sent me a new mag & a test target with 5 shots at 10 yrds from a fixture. I was told to say  it was sporting equipment when i sent it back. Also they state they keep the gun 3 days to check for any leak down. That's the way repairs should be handled.
