I’m thinking of putting one together….any practical reason I should or shouldn’t…lolMany thanks
If I were to reduce caliber on a C362 I would be more tempted to go with .20 cal.. , not sure if any of the ones converted to date have tried the heavy .177 ammo yet there may be some gains there.
There are folks out there that chop and crown barrels but they can get a bit pricey.I prefer to buy the $20 Crosman barrels and do the work myself, or have one of the guys at work do it.Other than the chopped barrel, the rest of the parts are just what we are using on these guns anyways. The breech and trigger stuff.
It's like these things were meant to be .177.
Well the gun is ordered, breech is ordered(why not) barrel is on its way…not comfortable cutting the 24” barrel..hope it looks ok…I have some ideas…THANKS FOR ALL THE REPLIES…..
I scored a 24” .177 on eBay intending to chop it down to 22-ish and put it in the 362, but the darn thing is so accurate I may just have to learn to live with the extra 2” (assuming I can bring myself to pull it from my 1377).
Did your barrel show up yet..?
