10 minutes to do a repair? How about 10 minutes to completely strip, clean, and reassemble?Best backpacking gun, period, is the Leshiy Classic. I use mine that way on long hikes here in VA and in WV/Canaan Valley. I can do barrel swaps in about 2 minutes, and that with the Leshiy starting out still in my backpack on my back. I know the Leshiy 2.0 is nice, but nothing beats the simplicity of the Leshiy Classic. And that coming from the guy that also owns the Lelya 2.0... which is also a tough, powerful, and accurate PCP... but it is heavier and much more bulky in a backpack once you add any scope. The bullpup form of the Lelya is more finicky when it comes to shooting freehand or side-braced. If you opt for the Leshiy 2, I sincerely doubt you'll get a dud. But I'd still opt for the Leshiy Classic- then you can invest more in a top-end lightweight scope, an extra barrel, the BAT, and ammo.

My Classic is the 250mm .25 I would probably go 350mm .22 for the L2. There are a ton of video tutorials out there for basic maintenance and Brian is literally 35 minutes away.
Or how about a custom P-rod? Get a nice folding stock, maybe a 20 FPE tune.
How will you be filling it?I’m a hand-pumper, so I’d probably pass on the Edguns.Did you consider an Air Arms S500 TDR? Comes with its own custom fitted backpack and is “nicer“ than the Edguns, while not giving up functionality.

Also, with the shortage of barrels available from EdGunWest (Brian), don't pass up on Airgun Heaven. I ordered my .25 350mm barrel from there along with the Huma high-power regulator and manual guages last year when the barrels seemed to be vaporware. And come2022, I'm going to look into an unchoked .22 350 for slugs, since my Career and SPA M25 have me covered in larger bores. Though it would be fun hurling .35 pellets at HOSPs.

I’ve hand pumped to 300 but it’s pointless. The L2 is hand pump able if you pump to 250 bar but it’s not something I want to do all the time
I'll sell you my AEA backpacker for 2k , and you can call it highend,

Other super-compacts? Ataman BP-17 and their folding-stock carbine. Atamans are purportedly built as tough as the EdGuns.
