What and how are you dealing with the pellet shortage?

I'll have to get a count this weekend and report back to you guys. I just ordered 1500 22 caliber, 1000 25 caliber and 500 30 caliber vortex pellets from midway USA and they arrived totally undented and the little pillows weren't even popped. Someone had mentioned they shoot nearly as well as the JSB's so I thought I would give them a try.

You should go buy a lottery ticket! I ordered pellets from Midway twice, never will again. Both times I threw away more than I kept.

Never had any significant rejects from Midway. Most tins, since the demise of cardboard containers, have been either factory sealed, blister packed, or taped secure. I've been dealing with them since the 80's, when it was phone or snail mail ordering, no real problems that weren't resolved reasonably.

Most of my orders are delivered in boxes, probably because my pellets are traveling with some of my PB supplies. I've got several bad habits.

I’m just glad I’m really only shooting .22.

2 guns I bought the 22 version of because the 177’s were out of stock everywhere and my Mrod was sent to me a 22 when I ordered the 177. I’m actually glad the Mrod is a .22 in the end though.

However, this has helped me because I just stock up on only .22. I’d cry if I had to stock 3-4 calibers right now.

Well I just went through my immediate "go to's" and realized I'm not as bad off as I had thought lol. From 177 to 30 cal I have 46,200 pellets on hand not counting misc pellets I have put up and away. The thing that surprise me is 28,200 of those are in 22 caliber. Not really though since I have 5 22's.
