Umarex Gauntlet, how many refills out of common sized tanks?

Hello, I am still new to PCP, and was wondering what is the common refill numbers (how many times can you refill) you are getting for the Umarex Gauntlet with the 13cu in bottle out of the 4,500psi 90 cu in bottles, the 30cu ft / 3 liter 4,500 psi bottles and the 80 cu ft 3,000 psi scuba tanks and any other common sized bottles. Trying to determine what bottle is best for me. Thanks!
