Name This Crosman Part?

Can anyone here identify this Crosman/Benjamin part?  I had ordered a Fortitude shroud mount from Crosman and this is what they shipped.  It does not belong to the Fortitude.  I checked the part number against the order and the EVP diagram which were correct.  It is approximately 1/4" in diameter.

I would like to be able to tell them what they shipped instead of the "1763-013 MOUNT, SHROUD" that I ordered.
