Success at last. Krale is now tops in customer service in my book. If you have been following, I had trouble completing the payment process online. Still do not know the cause of my trouble.After several emails over a period of 4 days, caused by the time difference. They did what they called a manual sale. Then sent me a payment link. I got an email from them this morning saying my HW30 will be shipped on Monday. It is so nice dealing with a company that knows what customer service is. Instead of acting like they are doing you a favor just talking to you. This will be my second HW30 A person needs to have one scoped and one open sights.
Her rifle came today. And it's a beauty. We got everything we ordered, perfectly packed and intact. That's two days from the Netherlands. We would have had it yesterday but UPS held it back a day on the other side. They mistakenly thought it needed ATF paperwork. If UPS over there hadn't messed up reading the invoice, she would have had her gun next day. I've had AoA guns take a full week to get to me, and that was pre-covid.
Ordered my HW35E on Thursday, says it is out for delivery today.

All the major outlets in the US are out of stock of the specific pellets I want, but Krale had exactly what I wanted. I've had a pending order with Pyramyd for a month, but they have been back ordered on some specific pellets for awhile now. I'm not trying to hoard at all. I just wanted to amortize the $60 shipping charge over more tins to make the cost per pellet more palatable. Anyway, they shipped this morning. Very fast service! I'm quite content with Pyramyd, but they seem to be a victim of the global supply situation like many others.

I'd like to love 'em again for a third HW30S in .177 caliber and some five tins each of JSB 7.33 and 7.87 gr. pellets IF they had that particular HW30S in stock.
