Is the Avenger Poppet the Same as the Nova Liberty - Are They Interchangable ?

IMHO, Duy’s poppet would be easiest to crack open due to less downward pressure because of his tapered diameter leading up to the spring seat.  Another finishing touch would be to radius the end of the spring locating diameter which would make it a little longer.

I haven't had a peek poppet crack yet they just flat out work and don't leak a bit !!!

No I mean opening  force...as in softer poppets tend to need a harder smack to open....that sort of crack....

I also thought that you meant a physical crack and not auditable crack.

Don't think he means auditable either, but the ability to break the poppet free from the valve. Break free of the valve face IE crack the poppet free.

Just looked at your picture and Waynes and the material on yours looks much darker, also noticed yours looks like its got a blob of glue around the stem, not the tapered steel as was customary.

Better pic here...sometimes lighting/camera focus can cause color changes...dunno in this case....

I magnified my images at this end much bigger than life size and all I see is metal...no glob of glue ? In fact I can see tooling marks.

Just magnified Waynes pic...I get same results as mine.

Rich,  Thanks for posting the great pictures.  No hurry on posting the dimensions.  Mine is working fine.  Just because a mechanism is rated for a certain level of performance has nothing to do with the longevity of said performance.  Still only filling to 3700 psi.  Works Great!

Do all two cylinder inlets have the same measurement? m17 x 1.25?

In case I need to make a m17 x 1.25 screw adapter to receive the hpa m18 1.5 bottle ok?

yes all tubes are the same thread? why dont you open the tubes up and find out? you will need to open it up anyways? If you make a double male m17x1.25 and M18x1.5, will you make it so there will be a fill nipple also?

what is confusing about this topic? several members on this forum and thead stated the “poppets” are the same.

pyramid air stated “complete”, means the poppet and housing. The housing is not compatible, but the poppets are.
