FWB in airgun language refers to the Feinwerkbau, which was/ is a German manufacturer of FINE air rifles, and they are particularly well-known for building competition grade air rifles. They had a line called the 124 sporter that is desirable by many who love the German manufactured air rifles. I came across (and bought) one when I was still new in the airgunning world, without really knowing what it was, and have since acquired another from one of our members here (Nod), and they are both exceptional guns, as far as I am concerned.

Perhaps you should stop vising certain websites -

As Lizzie stated, Feinwerkbau is a well established maker of airguns. My very first introduction to pellet pistols was through a friend who owned an FWB103 (that's a link BTW).

I was blown away by that pistol. Even back then (ca. 1993 or so) that pistol costs around a thousand bucks!

So yeah, an FWB within this Forum is an entirely different thing.
