Our last two checks came by mail so I assume that the next ones will also come by mail.....sometime in the future. 

I do know the $2,800 won't be spent before it gets here and even then, it probably will not be spent on another airgun.

Jerry, you may want to look into this, I use Care Credit for dental work, 6 or12 months interest free payments, no questions asked. Most if not all dentists accept it now. I use it for all my medical and veterinary visits. Yes, you can use it for veterinary expenses as well. I know all lot of people don't want to deal with credit but for health care it's worth it. I have been using them for over 15 years with no problems.

I did order a new set of tires for the Rancher 420. 1" taller and more aggressive. Rears came yesterday and the fronts will come tomorrow

I might do the lift kit, snorkel and relocate the radiator. I tend to get into places a bit too deep..

Got both my Federal and State tax returns last week, since I have direct deposit I'm expecting the 2800 bucks stimulus any day now, maybe even tomorrow morning and that would be great timing since I'm going to Honolulu to buy an electrical mountain bike

Well, main reason I don't want to drive my truck to work as much Gas is expensive on the Island,....and even if they are electric you can still peddle

I recently got one of those too; I *believe* it was about the first round of payments; the wording is confusing but to me it appears that it is supposed to be about checking/making sure that you received the first $600 payment-and giving you your options if you hadn't.
For instance; on mine it said it was issued (the $600) by check/debit card-I E-filed my Federal taxes almost a month ago; so this $1400 one should be direct deposit (my $600 payment was by the EIP card); so it would seem to confirm my theory...

I received this from my investment guy.  Essentially what is says is your stimulus amount will decrease proportional to your income, until it hits zero, so if you make more than the Phaseout Completed amount, you don't get squat!

American Rescue Plan Act Provides Relief to Individuals and Businesses

On Thursday, March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA 2021) was signed into law. This is a $1.9 trillion emergency relief package that includes payments to individuals and funding for federal programs, vaccines and testing, state and local governments, and schools. It is intended to assist individuals and businesses during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and accompanying economic crisis. Major relief provisions are summarized here, including some tax provisions.

Recovery rebates (stimulus checks)
Many individuals will receive another direct payment from the federal government. Technically a 2021 refundable income tax credit, the rebate amount will be calculated based on 2019 tax returns filed (or on 2020 tax returns if filed and processed by the IRS at the time of determination) and sent automatically via check, direct deposit, or debit card to qualifying individuals. To qualify for a payment, individuals generally must have a Social Security number and must not qualify as the dependent of another individual.

The amount of the recovery rebate is $1,400 ($2,800 if married filing a joint return) plus $1,400 for each dependent. Recovery rebates start to phase out for those with an adjusted gross income (AGI) exceeding $75,000 ($150,000 if married filing a joint return, $112,500 for those filing as head of household). Recovery rebates are completely phased out for those with an AGI of $80,000 ($160,000 if married filing a joint return, $120,000 for those filing as head of household).

Sloooooooow mail? Mom and Dad are still getting Christmas cards. Things like bills are always on time. Other stuff, not so much. Go figure?

I got a letter in the mail too after the last direct deposit giving me a heads up. Mail theft does still occur, so it's a good idea.

I did notice that the wording states:
"The U.S. Department of the Treasury issued you a second economic impact payment (EIP2) as provided by the COVID-related Tax Relief
Act of 2020..."
Since they only just passed this one; it would be listed as a 2021 bill/act...
Looks like I will get to eat; and you will get your bills paid

Timing was perfect... Hoosier Momma and I got $2800.
we rolled that over into our Membership at the resort and went from 20 weeks ( twice a year for 10 years) to 25 years unlimited and upgraded from "sapphire" to "ruby".
 At 58 years old we will never use it all .. But is "inheritance passable" listed our 4 daughters as the beneficiary so after we are gone they can each come with their family as much as they want until 2046.
